Gazebos, event tents and heavy accessories are delivered the next working day if ordered by 12.30pm to the following:- England
- Wales
- Northern Ireland
- Scotland & Scottish Isles (limitations apply)
- Dublin
- Channel Islands
- Isles of Scilly
- Isle of Wight .
We deliver to Europe and all Worldwide destinations.
Import & Duties
If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are charged when the shipment reaches your country, any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you, the customer. Please note that customs policies vary from country to country and advise our customers to contact their local customs office for further information. You may also be responsible for import duties to your local authority. All actions of individual customs authorities are out of our control, the purchaser is responsible and we accept no liability for their actions.

Delivery Method
When your delivery arrives please check the order is complete and check all boxes and packaging for damage, if damaged please mark the parcel service record as 'packaging/box damaged'.
All deliveries must be signed for. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful a further delivery attempt will be made, if this proves to be unsuccessful any further delivery attempts will cost £10.00 per delivery.
All parcels will be sent back to us after 5 days from due date of delivery if no further instructions are received from the customer.

When buying online if at the checkout you find your area or country is not available, call us on (0)1277 350523 (UK) or send us an email and we will confirm delivery arrangements.
Savings can be made on shipping charges when buying most accessories at the same time as a gazebo or event tent when shipped together.
