Hi RichardI don't know if this email is of any interest, but I just thought I would let you have some feedback on the two gazebos we recently purchased from you.
We shifted them to our boathouse earlier today, and had a "first trial" erection of the 3 X 3 one - we are not quite brave enough to have a go at the 3 X 6 just yet ! There were about 6 of our Committee at the boathouse, who crawled all over the gazebo, and the general consensus was:-
QUALITY - absolutely first class ! Well made, well assembled, and very well designed. The frame, and all its fittings have a real air of "solid" about them, and even for the first time it was relatively easy to erect.
The roof (and the side panels) are absolutely top quality material - VERY different to the walls etc on the £99 "special" from the local cash and carry that we have been using !! The velcro is everywhere ! - and, whilst we didn't fit the walls on today, it's quite clear that this will be very easy, and very secure.
EASE OF USE - erection was a doddle !..... We put the roof on, and then "collapsed" it with the roof in place, and it was no problem - so next time we can have it up, complete with roof, in under 2 minutes, and then fit the walls from INSIDE whilst keeping dry !! - BRILLIANT !
VALUE FOR MONEY - and this is VERY important ! - We believe we have got EXACTLY what we paid for. We are a small club, and don't have a lot to spend, but - as Treasurer - I was anxious that we got "best value" - and I believe we have. The gazebos were not cheap - but good stuff never is - I think we have spent quite a lot of money (for us) BUT have got a BRILLIANT product, which will meet our needs for years to come.
Overall - we are delighted ! I did a lot of research before we placed our order - and I am certain now we picked the right product, and supplier. THANK YOU......we are VERY happy !

I am sorry that I did not email you before this.
I want to thank you for managing to give me next day delivery on my order, even though I was bit late ordering it, I was able to use it the next day.
Also, I emailed, prior to ordering, to check that it would be easy to put up as my current one at the time was a nightmare. I am very pleased to say it is a joy to use, quite heavy for me but totally manageable. I have help to pop it up but can put it down on my own, such bliss to find one so easy to use.
The bag is a surprise, being big enough to put the gazebo in easily, my last one was a squeeze, split and then the zip broke!
The ratchet kits helped to keep it stable in high winds at an event on Monday.
Not had rain yet, thank goodness, but I am confident it will be waterproof!
It is great to have a separate bag for the side sheets.
All in all I would recommend this gazebo to everyone!

I am just writing to say a belated thanks for the pop up gazebo you supplied us with. We have only just had opportunity to make use of it and it was very well received by the section using it that time. As it was a District event it also attracted a lot of interest from other Groups.

We ordered a white Series 30 gazebo and put it up today. The quality is really impressive, really heavy fabric and brilliant touches like the protection for the top of the roof and the pegs bagged head first. Well done!

There are Gazebos and Gazebos and these are the best, Well made strong and good finish. Well thought out, plenty of fixing for the covers to the frame, guy ropes and pegs. All in a nice wheeled canvas bag. Nice company to deal with, glad I did not go anywhere else.

Sorry that it has taken me a week to write and thank you for a WONDERFUL GAZEBO which did us proud last Saturday at the Ham Fair in Richmond.
Amongst a sea of exclusively white and green marquees our Blue and Yellow, Branded Gazebo looked fantastic - really professional and the logo etc made all the difference.

I didn't have chance to write to you on Friday but the Army Training Corps Gazebo arrived on Friday. We put it up at Bingham Fair on Saturday - it is super - just what we needed. We had no trouble putting it up - easy peazy and it is really good quality.
